A highly experienced individual and a valuable Learning Skills Centre support teacher, Kodanda shows great initiative and continually works towards developing strong rapport and working relationships with faculty teachers.
His unique ability to establish co-teaching relationships very quickly by focussing discussions on strong learner outcomes and actioning support strategies benefits the overall delivery of the unit and assists with improved assessment outcomes.
Kodanda works tirelessly with international learners and is especially helpful to those with ESL backgrounds. Learners find him to be knowledgeable, patient, and intuitive and he is unconditionally available to help. His commitment to students earns him the highest praise in LSC feedback surveys.
Mitali Desai
Futuretech
Mitali’s vibrant interpersonal skills, her sense of humour and ‘can-do’ attitude have made her a vital Futuretech team member. She is well respected by her peers and colleagues across departments and campuses.
She was largely responsible for the administration/recruitment of the Futuretech WAVE program, an award-winning women’s only electrical pre-apprenticeship.
Her care and interest in ensuring the maximum number of participants were enrolled in each delivery and her strong working relationship with industry partners contributed to the success of the program.
